REGISTER FOR INCLINE CHALLENGE

I, the participant, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms as a condition of my participation in the “Mind Over Manitou” physical challenge organized by Brotherly at The Manirou Incline:

1. Acknowledgment of Risk: I understand that participating in the physical challenge involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or other unforeseen occurrences. I accept full responsibility for my participation and the associated risks.

2. Voluntary Participation: I confirm that my participation in this activity is entirely voluntary. I am not being coerced or pressured into participating and have the right to withdraw at any time.

3. Release of Liability: I hereby release and discharge Brotherly, its members, and volunteers from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from my participation in the physical challenge, including those arising from negligence.

4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Brotherly from any claims made by third parties arising from my participation in the physical challenge, including any legal fees or expenses incurred.

5. Medical Clearance: I acknowledge that I have been advised to consult with a medical professional prior to participating in the physical challenge, particularly if I have any pre-existing health conditions or concerns.

6. Governing Law: This acknowledgment of risk and release of liability shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By acknowledging and agreeing to the terms and conditions, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this acknowledgment of risk.
