STEP 1

REQUIREMENTS TO APPLY

Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.

Interest in Brotherhood: A genuine passion for fostering connections among men and promoting the values of the Brotherly movement. We advise applicants to have invited a minimum of 5 men who have become members before applying.

Community Engagement: Previous experience in community service, mentorship, or leadership roles is preferred but not mandatory.

Commitment: Willingness to dedicate time and effort to organizing events and supporting members of your community.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively connect with diverse individuals with an ability to network and raise awareness to attract new members.

STEP 2

APPLICATION PROCESS

Submit Application: Complete and submit the ambassador application form available on our website. Include your personal details, relevant experience, and a statement of purpose explaining why you want to become a Brotherly Ambassador.

Interview: If selected, you will be interviewed by a member of the Brotherly leadership team to discuss your application and vision for your community.

Background Check: A brief background check may be conducted to ensure the safety and integrity of our brotherhood.

Acceptance Notification: Successful applicants will receive an acceptance email detailing the next steps.

 STEP 3

UPON ACCEPTANCE

Orientation Session: Attend an orientation to understand your responsibilities, the Brotherly mission, and how to effectively organize events.

Training: Participate in training sessions focusing on community outreach, event planning, and effective communication strategies.

Set Goals: Collaborate with the Brotherly leadership team to set goals for your ambassador role, tailored to your community’s needs.

Additionally, we advise Ambassadors and their initial group to collectively gather at least 10 men to initiate and form their “Band of Brothers”. This helps in building momentum for launch and collaborations.

STEP 4

READY TO LAUNCH

Launch Events: Begin organizing local events, workshops, and gatherings to attract and engage men in your area.

Ongoing Support: Stay connected with fellow ambassadors for support, resources, and sharing of best practices. We will work with you to help foster partnerships and connect with local providers, organizations and resources when launching a new city or region.

Feedback Loop: Regularly provide feedback to the Brotherly leadership regarding the program and suggest improvements based on your experiences.

As a Brotherly Ambassador, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in your community while helping men connect and grow in their brotherhood.
